Centers the rocker plate eliminating different wear patterns on the rocker arm valve. Tapered design so that they lock themselves in and wedge the bolt shaft in place. Eliminates the gap between the rocker arm shaft and bolt. Will not cure a bad lifter, tensioner, or noisy cam. Stops the Harley rocker arm tick.
