How do I know if a part fits my machine?
Every product listing includes a fitment/compatibility section listing the makes, models, and years it fits. Always verify your machine's year, make, model, and engine size before ordering. If you're unsure, call us at 814-695-5778 or email info@ad-discountperformance.com — we've been fitting powersports parts since 2006 and are happy to help.
What types of vehicles do you carry parts for?
We specialize in performance parts for snowmobiles, personal watercraft (PWC), ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, and marine applications. Our catalog includes brands and categories like HydroTurf, impellers, exhaust systems, bumpers, spark arrestors, wheels & tires, and more.
Can I order a part if I'm not 100% sure it fits?
We strongly recommend confirming fitment before ordering. Parts that are ordered incorrectly are subject to our standard return policy, including the 20% restocking fee. When in doubt, contact us first — it saves everyone time.
Do you carry OEM or aftermarket parts?
We carry a mix of OEM and high-quality aftermarket performance parts. Product listings will indicate the brand and type. If you need a specific OEM part number, reach out and we'll do our best to source it.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on US orders over $150 that weigh under 50 lbs. Orders that don't meet both thresholds will be charged standard shipping rates at checkout.
Is there a processing fee for small orders?
Orders totaling $10.00 or less are subject to a $3.00 processing fee.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only for standard orders. For international orders, please contact us directly. Note: international recipients are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees — these are not included in your order total.
Can you ship to a different address than my billing address?
At this time, we only ship to the credit card billing address on file. This policy helps protect against fraud and keeps your order secure.
How long does shipping take?
Processing times vary by item and availability. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. For estimated delivery times on a specific item, feel free to call us at 814-695-5778.
Can I split my order into multiple shipments?
We do not split orders into multiple shipments. Your order will ship complete when all items are available.
🔄 Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in their original condition and original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and cancellations.
How do I start a return?
You must call us at 814-695-5778 before sending anything back to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
What items cannot be returned?
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or special-order products (e.g., HydroTurf in non-standard colors)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to get the right part is to return the original item (following the return process above) and place a new order for the correct one. This ensures you get the replacement as quickly as possible.
What if I ordered the wrong part?
If you ordered the wrong part, call us at 814-695-5778 right away — especially if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, standard return policy applies including the 20% restocking fee.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store uses industry-standard encryption to protect your financial information. We collect only what's needed to process your order and never sell your personal data.
What if I have a billing dispute or issue with my order?
Please contact us directly before filing a chargeback or PayPal dispute. Call 814-695-5778 or email info@ad-discountperformance.com — we'll work to resolve any issue quickly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may delay resolution.
Can prices change after I place an order?
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. In the rare event of a significant pricing error, we may cancel the order and notify you. You'll never be charged more than the price shown at checkout without your knowledge.
