Uniquely designed big end uses strategically located side scalloping vent slots to minimize high-RPM bearing race distortion. Crankpins are manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 and case hardened to 58-62Rc. Hot Rods uses the latest in caged needle roller bearing designs for high RPM longevity. Thrust washers are manufactured from bronze phosphor and are silver coated. Rod assembly sold complete with rod, crankpin, crankpin bearing, top-end bearing and thrust washers.
