The FlatLink XTV allows UTV and ATV winch owners to replace the conventional winch hook with a safer and stronger shackle and D-Ring. Closed system winching with a folding, low-profile design for better approach angles. Easy to install - simple snap ring removal for shear pin. Does not require splicing and is compatible with steel cables or synthetic ropes up to 5/16 inches. The rope eye is retained in the FlatLink XTV with a 7/16” diameter 6AI-4V grade V titanium double-shear pin and internal snap ring for an ultra-secure connection. EPDM rubber guards are attached with four barbed tips and protects fairleads and prevents rattling. Works with common 1/2” and 5/8” shackles (pin and bow end), soft shackles up to 7/16”, and the pin-end of 3/4” shackles. Weight: 12.7 oz. Intended for use with winches 6,000 lbs. in capacity or less.
